If the primary contract with the owner requires additional insurance coverage and/or higher insurance limits applicable to the work of the subcontractor (and all low-level subcontractors) required by this sub-contract, the subcontractor is required to comply with the stricter insurance requirements. Prior to the start of the work, the subcontractor is required to verify compliance with all insurance requirements in accordance with the owner`s and contractor`s mission. All insurance requirements set by the owner in addition to the following ceilings and ceilings are included in this reference agreement.
